Hello, I am an elementary school teacher in Ottawa and I just found you on Pinterest. Love your approach to art. Please consider giving an online class, I would definitely join and I’ll share your link with my Facebook friends. I art journal and am always looking for ways to grow in expressing myself.

      Hi Pauline,
Thank you!! I have been considering giving classes, but this is slow in the making. I am still a full-time mom of three! I really appreciate your interest!
Sorry for the delayed reply – I have been on holiday. Belinda

    Hello,
I couldn’t help but to leave a comment here… I just happened to wander onto your 2011 “Sketchbook Project” work and decided I wanted to look at more of your work to see what a larger piece would be like, so here I am. Your paintings did not disappoint, I really enjoy the complexity and color relationships in them. I’m currently a student in art school, and I absolutely loved the things you had to say about wanting to be comfortable and happy with your own work, the dreaded moment when you’re in a situation as “the art person” and the pressure that it brings, fighting to keep yourself interested and engaged with your work through innovation, and the struggle of constantly seeking approval from others to validate the things that you draw and paint – as these are all part of any artist’s life I think, and are certainly relatable thoughts.

Thank you for giving me just a little peek into your life, it was a wonderful experience.

    Hi Belinda –
Been a while since sharing art class GRCI. What incredible talent resides within you – from intricate perfection years ago to art that’s bursting with colour and energy today! I’m inspired to do the things I love to do (and not just think about them).

    Cheers!
