“Healing” 16″ x 20″

This is my first painting of 2014! I was heavily influenced by my first Medicine Wheel gathering, which had a big impact on me. I learned a lot about myself, and I love the teachings and how they apply to my life. The painting is called, “Healing” and measures 16″ x 20″.

This painting is now up for auction!

Please enter your bid in the comment section of this post. Bidding ends at 10 pm M.S.T., January 16, 2014.

Thank you!

Here is the video I made of the painting in progress. I hope you enjoy it!

Fabio to Bald!

In October 2010, my friend Michael Wetherup (an Ironman, an amazing guy, and yes, looks a bit like Fabio with the long hair!) attended a Daddy-Daughter gala with his now 6-year old daughter Grace, who happens to be great chums with my son. At the gala, they met a girl who had gone through cancer treatment, and Grace decided she wanted to grow out her hair to donate to cancer patients. She asked her dad to join her in this venture, and he said yes. Together they are raising money for Kids Cancer Care, and the big hair-chopping event is this Tuesday the 26th. There are loads of silent auction items, including my painting (above). To purchase a ticket, or for more information, click here.
