SelfLove365, Year 2, Day 255: Challenge

There are the usual challenges:

  • staying awake when I’m tired
  • avoiding sugar
  • refraining from eating anymore once I am full
  • remaining patient in traffic
  • using my resources to help myself out of a stuck place
  • staying focused on a task without procrastinating
  • doing the things I want to do rather than the usual habits
  • trusting the universe

I also want to bring more ritualized challenges into my life to help me grow, and add some change and fun into my routine. By trying something new, and doing things differently, I can challenge my concept of self, be who I never thought I could be, and hopefully help myself accept all parts of me.
