SelfLove365, Year 2, Day 228: Stamina

With weight on my back, sore legs, and a destination, I keep going. “It’ll be just around the bend. I’m sure we’re close”, I keep telling myself this to motivate me, then stay focused on what is right in front of me, rather than looking up to see how distant is my goal. I want to stop and rest and take a break and wish to just be done already, but I need to put in the work to see the reward, and the sooner I do it and be done with it, the better I will feel.
