I love to laugh, but it’s not always a part of my days. I would like to welcome laughter into my life with more purpose by listening to comedy, visiting or talking more with friends, and allowing myself to be be touched by the humour my children see in their lives.
I want to lay in a laughing circle with everyone’s heads on each other’s bellies, bobbing up and down with the breathing, and eventually, the laughter.
I want you to tickle me until my belly aches and my laughter turns to tears.
I want to catch snippets of laughter around me and collect them in a jar to listen to when I choose.
